This is an intense training program for all.  This program is based on Muay Thai Kickboxing techniques, utilizing the hands, legs, knees and elbows, but also incorporates some of the dynamic kicking techniques of Tae Kwon Do.  


This class is for adults and teens, both men and women, who want an intense training.  Not only does FIT train your body, but it trains the mind and strengthens the spirit.  This class will cater to you whether you want a new hobby of learning the art, learn self defense, get a great work out, or all of the above. 


As a beginner, you will start out with non-contact drills on the bag.  As you progress, you will learn more complex pad training, bag combinations and sparring strategies.   Drills will include jump rope warm ups, heavy bag training, cross circuit drills, and partnership drills which will include working with hand mitts and Thai Kicking Pad training.
